This facility is named in Honor of Dr. Warren Candler Budd in recognition of his service as a chairman of the board of Trustees of Wesley Homes since its inception and for his long and devoted service to the cause of care for elderly people.

She has been very efficient, attentive, and proactive. She took the time to inform me that my grandmother’s blood pressure was elevated this morning and was already addressing the issue while administering the necessary medication to help bring it down. That level of attentiveness and communication reassures our family that my grandmother is being closely monitored and genuinely cared for.I also want to acknowledge Carol at the front desk. She has been so polite and helpful. In fact, every staff member I have spoken with thus far has been kind, professional, and respectful.The professionalism, compassion, and proactive communication from the team Ms. Nikki, Stephanie in Admissions, Raphael, Ms. Luarice, and Carol—have made all the difference for our family. The only compliment I have is that some of the administration tried to turn my 83 year old mom with a broken hip from a rehab limited time patient into a full time resident. I swear when I told one of the people that we would not be changing our insurance so that mother could extend her stay by months, she looked like she had just lost a commission. She was not happy. Mom got better and left early. She was mostly happy with her time at the venue. Like most places good and bad, but the people seem to care.
